Legal notice

Information identifying the website's publisher and the people responsible for it.

Version dated

Website publisher

Portovierno is the site’s editorial name; it does not replace the publisher’s registered business or legal name. The project is based in France. The following details must be completed before the public launch:

  • Publisher identity: to complete — the individual entrepreneur’s full name or the company’s registered name.
  • Legal status: to complete — including the EI designation where applicable, or the company’s legal form and share capital.
  • Business address or registered office: to complete.
  • Registration details: to complete according to status — SIREN/SIRET, register and place of registration where applicable.
  • Intra-community VAT number: to complete if applicable.
  • Business email: to complete.
  • Business telephone: to complete.

Any disclosures specific to a regulated activity must be added if the site’s activity develops in that direction. The final version will reflect the legal status actually selected.

Publication director

Publication director: to complete.

Responsibility for published content must be assigned to an identified person. The editorial name Portovierno does not replace that legal identification.

Hosting and domain

The public website address is https://portovierno.com. The domain is registered and its DNS zone is managed through OVHcloud. The static site is currently deployed on Netlify, with www.portovierno.com redirected to the primary domain.

Before commercial publication, add the exact legal name, address and telephone number of the relevant Netlify contracting entity. The domain registrar and the effective hosting provider are separate services.

Site activity

Portovierno publishes travel articles and accommodation comparisons. It currently sells no trips or equipment, takes no bookings and receives no payments or deposits.

The proposed affiliate partnerships are not yet active. See the affiliate disclosure and terms of use.

Content, rights and reports

Texts, illustrations and other materials may be protected by their owners’ rights. Reading them does not transfer reuse rights beyond uses permitted by law or a licence. Third-party trademarks remain those of their owners.

To report an error, a rights issue or an access difficulty, follow the contact page. Identify the relevant page, issue and supporting information without unnecessarily including sensitive data.

Personal data

The privacy and cookie policy is separate from this notice. It describes current operation, outstanding details and individuals’ rights.

The identification checklist draws on Service Public’s information for professional websites. This is a draft to complete and review against the publisher’s actual legal status; it is not a certification of compliance.
