Tell us which page you were using, what you wanted to do and what went wrong. Device or browser details may help; sharing a medical condition or disability is unnecessary.

We plan to offer an accessible alternative where possible. We do not claim a formal compliance audit of the entire site at this stage.

Exercise a data right

The controller’s contact is to complete before any public collection. Once the channel opens, use the subject “Personal data” and include only what is needed to explain your request. Do not send an identity document without being asked.

Partnerships and content rights

Commercial proposals should identify the organisation and type of collaboration. They do not entitle anyone to a favourable ranking. The Booking.com and Amazon France programmes are not yet active.

For a copyright or trademark report, identify the page, affected material, your authority to act and evidence supporting the request. Avoid attachments containing unnecessary personal information.

Bookings and response times

For bookings, cancellations, refunds or payments, contact the provider with whom you booked directly. Portovierno has no access to booking records.

No customer-service response time is promised before the channel opens. Applicable legal deadlines for personal-data requests remain those described in the privacy policy. This site is not an emergency service.
