On 13 September 2026, Booking.com’s public budget-accommodation page for Marrakech showed several highly rated riads with a “price from” below €100 for one night and two adults. We kept five that combined the displayed price with strong scores and substantial review volume.

Riad Bab Nour on Booking.com was shown from €59.90 on the budget page checked. Its individual listing showed 9.2/10 from around 1,470 reviews and 9.7 for location.
The riad is in Derb Dabachi, around 300 metres from Jemaa el-Fna according to its description, with an indoor pool, hammam, air conditioning and 24-hour reception/concierge support.
Check: the final total, cancellation terms and room category. “From €59.90” does not mean every room or every night costs that amount.
KOUTOBIA ROYAL — central with strong feedback
KOUTOBIA ROYAL on Booking.com appeared from €63.32. Booking.com showed 9.1/10 from around 1,260 reviews and 9.6 for location.
Its appeal is the combination of a low displayed entry price and a highly central position.
Check: room size, the final walk with luggage and the noise exposure of the exact room.
Riad Dar Blanche & Spa — more facilities below the threshold in our snapshot
Riad Dar Blanche & Spa on Booking.com was shown from €71.60. Its listing showed 9.2/10 from close to 1,300 reviews, with a rooftop pool, spa, restaurant and 24-hour reception.
Why test it first: if the price remains close to that level on your dates, the listed facilities are broader than at many budget properties.
Check: what the spa rate includes and whether the displayed price requires Genius membership or special conditions.
Riad Sanwa — location and value
Riad Sanwa on Booking.com was shown from €76.25. Booking.com listed 9.1/10 from more than 1,000 reviews, 9.5 for location and a strong value-for-money score.
An indoor pool, terrace and 24-hour front desk round out the listing.
Accept that: an entry rate can disappear quickly. Keep this property on a short list and compare it with the others on the same day.
Riad Arabkech — below €90 in the snapshot
Riad Arabkech on Booking.com appeared from €85.19. Its listing showed roughly 9.2/10 from more than 1,100 reviews, with an indoor pool, terrace and restaurant.
Why choose it: it remained under the €100 target in our snapshot while still having a substantial review base.
Check: the exact walk to Jemaa el-Fna, pool dimensions and the total after taxes.
How to genuinely target less than €100
- Search for 2 adults, 1 room with your real dates.
- Set a €100 maximum, then focus on properties with plenty of recent reviews.
- Compare refundable rates with other refundable rates.
- Check taxes and mandatory extras before deciding.
- If a property moves to €110–115, compare transfer cost, breakfast and walking time before rejecting it.
A €92 riad that needs a more expensive transfer or a difficult luggage walk can be worse value than a €105 property with simpler access.
